Cancellation Policy

• $500 non-refundable deposit for each level
• Full refund minus $500 non-refundable deposit if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the start of each 5 - 7 day event.
• 100% credit if cancellation is within 90 – 61 days prior to the start of the event.
• 50% credit if cancellation is within 60 – 31 days prior to the event.
• 25% credit if cancellation is within 8 - 30 days prior to the event.
• No credit if less than 7 days notice is given.
• Credits must be used within one year of original retreat dates.
• Postponement of registration to a future retreat and a credit transfer (according to timeframes above) of the deposit can be done once at no cost. After that, the deposit will be forfeited.
• Exceptions may be considered for exceptional life circumstances.
• Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
