Travel & Shuttle Information
Airports
You can fly in and out of either:
• Guadalajara (GDL)
• Puerto Vallarta (PVR)
Drive Time
The venue is approximately 4 hours from either airport, but please plan for up to 5 hours to allow for stops and road conditions.
Shuttle Details
Shuttle Cost: The cost will be shared among passengers (final amount TBA).
Arrival Shuttles:
Level 1: Pickup from both airports on February 15th at 1:00 PM
Level 2: Pickup from both airports on February 21st at 1:00 PM
Departure Shuttles:
Level 1: Departing the venue at 9:00 AM on February 21st
Level 2: Departing the venue at 9:00 AM on February 27th
Flight Booking Guidelines
To ensure smooth travel with the group shuttles:
• Arrival flights should land before 12:30 PM on your start date (Feb 15 or 21).
• Departure flights should be booked for 4:00 PM or later on your end date (Feb 21 or 27).
